2048 ventures raises second fund for pre-seed deals in US, Canada

2048 Ventures, which invests in pre-seed companies in the US and Canada, announced it has raised an oversubscribed $67 million for its second fund. The firm said that as with Fund I, its LP base included founders and executives from Algorand, Amazon, Bumble, Citrix, DataDog, D.E. Shaw, DigitalOcean, DuoSecurity, Elrond, Google, GitHub, GrubHub, HubSpot, Kelso, Makerbot, Mercari, Morgan Stanley, OpenTable, Oracle, Photobucket, Rackspace, Seamless, Shopify, Stripe, Squarespace, Techstars, Uber, Wattpad, WorldRemit, and Zscaler, amongst others.
