SeamlessDocs raises $7 mln Series B: report

SeamlessDocs has raised $7 million of Series B capital in a round led by Motorola Solutions and joined by Govtech Fund, the New York State Innovation Fund and 1776, according to a report on TechCrunch. The company raised a $5 million Series A in December 2014, the report said.
