

TrueBridge Capital Partners has closed its fourth venture fund-of-funds at its $400 million hard cap, sweeping past its $325 million target, the Chapel Hill, North Carolina-based firm announced today.
Investors of TrueBridge-Kauffman Fellows Endowment Fund IV include foundations and endowments, corporate and public pension funds, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
Fund IV will mostly back venture funds focused on Northern California-based early-stage information technology companies.
In 2014, TrueBridge-Kauffman Fellows Endowment Fund III LP raised over $408 million. Performance data was unavailable.
As a result of the closing of this fund, TrueBridge is now managing over $1.6 billion in assets, according to the firm.
