Addition seeks third fund

Lee Fixel's firm Addition, which launched last year, is seeking to raise $1.5bn for a new fund, according to a recent regulatory filing.

Addition, which was founded by former Tiger Global Management investor Lee Fixel, is seeking to raise $1.5 billion for its third fund, according to a regulatory filing. A separate filing indicates the firm is seeking to raise $200 million for a fund called Addition Three Partners.

Fixel, who invested in cycling tech company Peloton Interactive while at Tiger Global, launched Addition last year with a debut fund of more than $1.2 billion. The firm soon after raised a second fund at the same size.

Fixel is Addition’s sole GP, although general counsel Ward Breeze is also listed on the fund filing.
