Adenyo (f.k.a Silverback Media), a Toronto-based provider of mobile marketing software, has acquired nobile advertising company MoVoxx. No financial terms were disclosed Adenyo recently raised US$26.9 million in financing led by Genuity Capital Markets. MoVoxx had raised an undisclosed amount of capital from BV Ventures, First Round Capital, Greycroft Ventures and Khosla Ventures.
