Montreal-based Korbit Technologies, a generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform for team upskilling and enablement, has secured C$11.3 million in Series A financing.
Khosla Ventures led the round, with participation from Jobs for the Future, Desjardins Capital, Global Brains, Alumni Ventures, Merus Capital, Graphite Ventures and True Equity.
Korbit has developed AI Mentor for Software Engineering, a generative AI solution that optimizes the software development process automatically. AI Mentor does code reviews, detects and assigns issues, and teaches engineers how-to fix the issues, all within their workflow.
The funds raised will be used by the company to further invest in the development of its AI platform and to launch AI Mentor for Software Engineering.
