Alpha Edison leads funding of Thankful

The Venice, California AI platform company emerges from stealth and raises $12m.

Venice, California-based Thankful, which provides an AI platform for customer service operations, has emerged from stealth and has raised $12 Million in Series A funding. the round was led by Alpha Edison. Other investors include Bonfire, Ten-One-Ten, Greycroft, Omega and Miramar.
