Amplify Partners adds $100m to its select fund

The venture firm expands its fourth select fund, to back its most promising portfolio companies as they reach the growth stage, to $200m.

Amplify Partners has added $100 million to its fourth select fund, according to a blog post. The firm, with offices in Menlo Park and San Francisco, last year raised $100 million for the select fund, which is used as dedicated pool of expansion capital for it most promising portfolio companies when they reach the growth stage.

The $200 million select fund will invest alongside the firm’s $275 million flagship early-stage fund, Amplify Partners IV, raised last year.

The select fund has now raised the $200 million from 65 LPs, according to a regulatory filing. Listed on the fund filing are general partners Sunil Dhaliwal, Mike Dauber and Lenny Pruss.
