Equity Venture Partners, an Australian early-stage B2B software investor, announced it has raised $50 million toward a first close for its third venture capital fund. The firm has made 29 early-stage investments in software companies over its 15-plus-year history, including Shippit. The Australian ecommerce and logistics technology company Shippit this week raised US$22 million in a Series B round led by Tiger Global.
