Bugcrowd has closed a $1.6 million seed round from U.S. and Australian investors, including Icon Venture Partners, Paladin Capital Group, Square Peg Capital and angel investors. The capital will be used for sales and marketing, to build the team and support a community of more than 3,000 security testers. Bugcrowd, which has offices in San Francisco and Australia, manages bug bounty programs for businesses.
