Midaxo, the developer of a cloud M&A platform, has raised 12.9 million euros in funding. Idinvest Partners led the round with participation from Tesi and EOC Capital.

FoodLogiQ, an SaaS provider of traceability, food safety and supply chain transparency solutions, has raised $19.5 million in financing. Renewal Funds led the round with participation from other investors that included Testo, Tyson Ventures, Pontifax AgTech, Nicola Wealth Management and Greenhouse Capital.

True Gault, a 3-D imaging shoe brand, has secured an undisclosed amount of funding. The investor was Tim Draper, who invested via True Gault's equity crowdfunding campaign launched through the Republic investment platform.

San Francisco-based Siren, a health tech company, has raised $3.4 million in seed funding, according to a source familiar with the transaction. The investors were DCM, Khosla Ventures and Founders Fund.

San Francisco-based TuneIn, a live streaming and on-demand audio service, has named Juliette Morris as chief marketing officer. Previously, Morris worked at NBCUniversal. TuneIn is backed by Comcast Ventures, IVP, Sequoia Capital, Causeway, General Catalyst Partners, Icon Ventures and Marker LLC.

Berkeley, California-based Kloudless, an enterprise integrations solution for developer and product teams, has raised $6 million in Series A funding. Aspect Ventures led the round with participation from Bow Capital, Alibaba Taiwan Entrepreneurs Fund, Heavybit, Ajay Shah, Tim Draper and David Sacks.

Diabetes startup Bigfoot Biomedical Inc, has raised $55 million in Series B financing. The investors included Abbott, Cormorant Asset Management, Senvest Capital Inc., Senvest Management LLC, Visionnaire Ventures, JDRF T1D Fund and T1D Exchange.

San Francisco-based Canvas Medical, a technology partner for independent primary care practices, has raised over $3 million in funding. The company's investors include Upfront Ventures, iSeed Ventures and Village Global.

Salt Lake City-based Neighbor, a self-storage company, has raised $2.5 million in seed funding. The investors were Peak Ventures and Pelion Ventures.

Atidot, a Israel-based provider of big data and predictive analytics tools for the life insurance industry, has raised $5 million in Series A funding. Vertex Ventures led the round with participation from return backers The D.E. Shaw Group, Moneta Seeds and Bank Hapoalim.
