Clerio Vision has acquired Sarasota, Florida-based Hydrogel Vision Corporation, a maker of contact lens. No financial terms were disclosed. Clerio Vision's backers included Safar Partners, Stonehenge Growth Equity and Armory Square Ventures.
Boston-based Lendbuzz, a car financing platform, has secured $150 million in debt and equity funding. 83 North led the equity funding round while BHI, ConnectOne Bank, IDB Bank and Viola Credit were among the lead investors for the debt funding.
