New Hope, Pennsylvania-based Orchestra BioMed Inc, a biomedical innovation company, has raised $34 million in financing. Perceptive Advisors, RTW Investments and Soleus Capital led the round.

BriteCore, a provider of next-generation core software solutions for insurers, has raised $47.5 million in funding. Warburg Pincus led the round with participation from return backers Radian Capital and WCF Mutual Insurance Company.

Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Kymera Therapeutics Inc, a biotechnology company, has named Dr. Nello Mainolfi as president and Bruce Jacobs as chief financial officer. Kymera's backers include 6 Dimensions Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners and Pfizer Ventures.

Optellum, developer of an AI software platform that enables doctors to diagnose, treat and cure lung cancer patients at the earliest stages of disease, has secured 1 million pounds in funding. The backer is Luminous Ventures.

Mahmee, a maternal and infant health tech company, has secured $3 million in funding. The investors included Mark Cuban, Serena Williams, ArlanWasHere Investments and Revolution's Rise of the Rest Seed Fund.

Xolo, an online platform for launching and running one-person businesses anywhere in the world, has secured $6.8 million in Series A funding. Karma Ventures, Vendep Capital and Leap Ventures led the round.

San Francisco-based People.ai, a creator of an AI-powered revenue operations and intelligence system, has named Robin Ritenour to lead global business development, partnerships and channels. Also, the company has appointed Dana Ray as senior vice president of people. People.ai's backers included ICONIQ Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Y Combinator.

Clerio Vision has acquired Sarasota, Florida-based Hydrogel Vision Corporation, a maker of contact lens. No financial terms were disclosed. Clerio Vision's backers included Safar Partners, Stonehenge Growth Equity and Armory Square Ventures.

Boston-based Lendbuzz, a car financing platform, has secured $150 million in debt and equity funding. 83 North led the equity funding round while BHI, ConnectOne Bank, IDB Bank and Viola Credit were among the lead investors for the debt funding.
