Oakland, California-based Bedrock Analytics, an intelligent analytics and insights automation platform for the consumer packaged goods industry, has closed $7.2 million in financing. Cervin Ventures and Illuminate Ventures led the round.
Baltimore-based WhyHotel, an operator of pop-up hotels in new luxury apartment buildings, has raised $3.9 million in seed funding. Camber Creek led the round with participation from other investors that included Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, Mendacre, MetaProp and Working Lab Capital.
New Enterprise Associates has acquired Paladina Health, a provider of primary care clinics, from DaVita. No financial terms were disclosed; however, a CNBC.com report on the deal stated the amount was about $100 million. Paladina Health currently operates more than 50 physician offices in Colorado, Washington, Texas, Wisconsin, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, New Jersey and Florida.
Gaithersburg, Maryland-based Sirnaomics Inc, a developer of RNAi therapeutics, has raised $25 million in Series C1 financing. Yuexiu New Industrial Investment led the round with participation from Sangel Biomedical Venture Capital, HuaKong Equity Investment and Qianhai Shenghui Investment.
Protenus, a healthcare compliance analytics company, has appointed Brian Holtmeier as chief financial officer. Holtmeier is the former CFO of IBM Security Systems. Protenus is backed by Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Arthur Ventures, Lionbird Venture Capital, Cognosante Ventures and F-Prime Capital Partners.
Meditation app 10% has raised $3.7 million in seed funding, adding to a total tally of $5 million. The investors include Khosla Ventures, Trinity Ventures and Correlation Ventures.
Berlin-based venture firm Target Global has raised 100 million euros for a new fund focused on mobility innovation in Europe and Israel. Ben Kaminski will join Target Global as a partner to lead the fund after previously working at Goldman Sachs. Correction: An earlier headline and report of this news item misstated the amount raised for this fund. It has since been corrected. 
Israel-based Panorays, which automates third party security management, has raised $5 million in funding. Aleph led the round.
San Francisco-based OneLogin, a provider of unified access management solutions, has secured $22.5 million in financing. The investors were not named.
Santa Clara, California-based Avi Networks, a provider of intent-based application services, has raised $60 million in funding. The investors were Cisco Investments, DAG Ventures, Greylock Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Menlo Ventures.
