Hooch, a subscription cocktail app, has raised $5 million in funding. Revellis Capital Group and Blue Scorpion Investments led the round with participation from Access Industries Holdings, Warner Music Group and FJ Labs.

First.io, a tech startup that uses artificial intelligence to help real estate agents, has secured $5 million in Series A funding. MATH Venture Partners, Nine Four Ventures, Thad Wong and Mike Golden led the round.

Schematic Ventures led the round with participation from Lerer Hippeau, ff Venture Capital, First Star and Dynamo.
Investors led by Leerink Revelation Partners and Industry Ventures have acquired all of the shares that were held by Three Arch in AcelRx Pharmaceuticals Inc, a specialty pharmaceutical company. No financial terms were disclosed for this secondary deal.
New Enterprise Associates Inc has promoted Carmen Chang and Dr. Ali Behbahani to general partner. Chang joined NEA in 2012 while Behbahani came on board in 2007.
