Zeev Ventures, a Palo Alto, California-based firm, is raising a fifth venture-capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The filing does not list a target for the fund. Oren Zeev is the sole investor at the firm and is known for his backing of Chegg and Houzz.
OCA Ventures, a Chicago-based early-stage firm is seeking $125 million towards a fourth fund, according to a filing with the SEC. First raise was not reported. The firm invests primarily in technology and highly-scalable service industries. OCA ventures raised its $100 million third fund in 2014.
