Aware reels in $60m Series C

Aware, an enterprise-grade, collaboration governance platform, has raised $60 million in Series C funding. Goldman Sachs Asset Management led the round with participation from other investors including Spring Mountain Capital, Blue Heron Capital, Allos Ventures, Ohio Innovation Fund, JobsOhio, Rev1 Ventures, Draper Triangle Ventures and JumpStart.
