Restaurant-focused B2B SaaS startup Dyne takes C$1.6m in seed VC

Vancouver-based Dyne, a B2B SaaS company that offers artificial intelligence-enabled revenue and marketing solutions for restaurants, has raised C$1.6 million in seed financing.

The round’s investors include Weave VC, Sprout VC, Inverted Ventures and several family offices.

Founded in 2021, Dyne is focused on empowering restaurants with data-driven insights to help them make better-informed decisions to increase their top-end cash flow. Its dashboard collects data from various sources, including customer satisfaction, foot-traffic and point of sale integrations, to build a comprehensive “Dine-In” dataset used to automate marketing, provide insights and increase revenue for clients.

The round’s proceeds will be used to further develop Dyne’s analytics platform, boost its research and development process, and launch in new cities across North America.
