Biotech company Avitide attracts Series E funding

Lebanon, New Hampshire-based biotech company Avitide Inc has raised an undisclosed amount of Series E funding. Sands Capital Ventures LLC led the round with participation from Mithril Capital Management, Polaris Partners, NeoMed Management, OrbiMed Advisors and Borealis Ventures. In addition to the funding, Ian Ratcliffe of Sands Capital Ventures, has joined Avitide’s board of directors.
