Germany’s BrandMaker has agreed to acquire Allocadia, a Vancouver-based marketing planning, budgeting and performance management company. Financial terms were not released for the deal, which is expected to close this month. Founded in 2010, Allocadia is backed by Altos Ventures, Illuminate Ventures, Inovia Capital, Susquehanna Growth Equity and other investors.
