Chinese grocery app Dingdong Maicai has filed to go public, reported Reuters.

Chinese grocery app Dingdong Maicai has filed to go public, reported Reuters. Dingdong plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “DDL.” Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Credit Suisse and Mission Capital are the underwriters for the offering. Dingdong Maicai’s investors include Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global Management.
