Coefficient Capital to raise $150 mln venture-capital fund

Coefficient Capital has set out to raise a $150 million maiden venture-capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

No first close was reported. The fund is managed by New York investor Andrew Goletka, and Franklin Isacson.
