New York-based Cowen Healthcare Investments, a healthcare investor within the investment management division of Cowen, has raised $457.9 million for its fourth fund, according to a regulatory filing. The target wasn’t listed, so it’s unknown if the firm is still in market for the fund. The filing indicated 744 LPs committed to the fund.
In early 2020, the firm raised $493 million for its third fund.
