Career Path: Deepak Kamra is a General Partner in Canaan’s Menlo Park office. He joined Canaan in 1991 after eleven years in the telecommunications, computer and software industries. Prior to joining Canaan, he held several senior sales and marketing positions at Aspect Telecommunications, a successful Silicon Valley based startup in the computer telephony and switching industry. He was previously assistant to the CEO at ROLM Corporation, and General Manager of a division of TRW Datacomm International.
