Drive Capital raises $558 mln for two venture funds

Drive Capital has raised $558 million for two venture capital funds, according to filings with the SEC.

The Columbus, Ohio-based firm raised a $307.2 million third core fund, Drive Capital Fund III, from 45 LPs, the filing shows.

Drive Capital Overdrive Fund I raised $250.9 million from 23 LPs, a second filing shows. The fund has a target of $400 million.
