Dundee wraps up third fund with $30 mln

Omaha, Nebraska seed-stage investor Dundee Venture Capital, which last year partnered with Lakewest Venture Partners in Chicago, has raised $30 million for its third fund, according to a regulatory filing. The filing says the commitments came from 98 investors. Dundee last year opened a new office in the Minneapolis area as part of its ongoing regional growth plan to expand in the Midwest. It focuses on e-commerce, B2B SaaS and consumer-network focused startups.
