EMC Biys Certain SourceLabs Assets

EMC Corp. reportedly has acquired some assets of SourceLabs, a Seattle-based provider of software integration, testing, support and maintenance services. No financial terms were disclosed. SourceLabs has raised around $10 million in VC funding from Index Ventures, Ignition Partners and Madrona Venture Group. www.emc.com
