Paris-based Revaia announced the the final close of its first growth fund at €250 million ($295 million) and rebrands from Gaia Capital Partners. The firm, which launched in 2019 and considers itself the largest female-founded venture fund in Europe, was initially targeting to raise €200 million.
Revaia, which invests in software, consumer and fintech, said it has grown its team and now has offices in Paris and Berlin as well as a presence in New York and Toronto.
LPs include insurance companies Generali, Allianz, and Maif; pension funds; other institutional investors, such as Bpifrance; and more than 50 family offices and high-profile individuals.
