Fifth Wall Ventures raises $60 mln toward its Fifth Wall Ventures Retail Fund

Fifth Wall Ventures has raised $60 million toward a $200 million Fifth Wall Ventures Retail Fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

The venture-capital fund was previously called Fifth Wall Ventures SPV V, the document stated. Two LPs contributed the capital.

The firm focuses on real estate startups.
