Flybridge files to raise two funds

The seed-stage investor is seeking to raise a new flagship vehicle and an opportunity fund, according to filings.

Seed-stage investor Flybridge Capital Partners, with offices in Boston and New York, is seeking to raise $100 million for a new fund called Flybridge 2022, according to a regulatory filing. Its previous two funds were about $65 million each. Listed partners on the filing are Jeff Bussgang, Chip Hazard, Jesse Middleton and Anna Palmer.

Flybridge is also seeking to raise $25 million for an opportunity fund, according to a separate filing.
