Oakland, Calif.-based Fotobabble Inc. has sealed $575,000 in financing for its talking photo applications, according to a filing with the S.E.C. According to the filing, the Fotobabble board includes Toronto-based angel investor David Ceolin. Fotobabble’s products include a talking Facebook fan page application, and mobile and web-based applications for users to create talking slideshows.
