Galvanize, a technology workforce educator, has secured $32 million in Series C funding. Catalyst Investors led the round with participation from New Markets Venture Partners, ABS Capital Partners, University Ventures and the Colorado Impact Fund. In addition to the funding, Tyler Newton from Catalyst Investors will join the Galvanize board of directors. In addition to the funding, Galvanize is acquiring San Francisco-based Hack Reactor, an operator of immersive coding programs. No financial terms were disclosed.
