Grayhawk Capital has closed its third fund at $76 million. The fund will focus on early-stage software companies.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct 27, 2021 – Grayhawk Capital, an early growth stage and top decile performing venture capital fund, today announced the closing of it third fund to continue its focus on fueling early-stage innovative software companies for growth.

Since the end of 2020, Grayhawk Capital has seen five realizations and its portfolio companies have collectively completed over $740M in new financings.
