Razberi Technologies said Monday that Gary Hall was named VP of Finance. Razberi, which develops network video solution, raised $3.5 million in Series A funding led by LiveOak Venture Partners last year.
PRESS RELEASE
Farmers Branch, Texas (PRWEB) March 30, 2015
Razberi Technologies — a leading developer of network video solutions for professional video surveillance and security applications — has named Gary Hall as Vice President of Finance, a newly-created position resulting from the company’s rapid growth.
“Razberi Technologies has been enriching our leadership team over the last few months as a direct result of our continued growth,” said Razberi Technologies President Tom Galvin. “It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Gary Hall — an accomplished financial professional — to our team as Vice President of Finance.”
Hall, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, has extensive financial experience in both Fortune 500 and start-up environments including service for companies including Phytel, Inc.; Century Payments, Inc.; Quickoffice, Inc.; Alcatel USA; and Xtera Communications. Hall’s strengths lie in strategic planning and tactical execution and he has a proven record of process and performance improvement.
Razberi Technologies — and its flagship product, the razberi™ ServerSwitch™ — has experienced phenomenal growth over the last three years. The razberi™ ServerSwitch™ combines a network video recorder, a PoE switch, storage, and video management software (VMS) in one easy-to-use and easy-to-install appliance. Rather than employing the use of traditionally large and expensive network servers for video surveillance and access control, the software applications — including 3VR, Avigilon, Axis, Digiop, exacq, Lenel, Milestone, and OnSSI — run directly on the razberi™ ServerSwitch™. This allows integrators to assemble smaller, more compact systems that don’t require a large IT infrastructure.
The creation of the new Vice President of Finance position is just one of several steps Razberi has taken recently as a result of the company’s recent success. Razberi raised $3.5 million in capital led by Texas-based LiveOak Venture Partners to support product development and business growth and relocated the company headquarters to a much larger facility in Farmers Branch, a part of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The company has also added several other senior leadership positions including Randy Brem as Vice President of Sales-North America and Rich Anderson as Chief Technology and Marketing Officer.
