Health Velocity Capital raises $99 mln toward maiden venture-capital fund

Health Velocity Capital has raised $99 million toward a $150 million maiden venture-capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

The San Mateo firm invests in health software and services companies. Sixty-five LPs have contributed capital.
