NEW YORK (Reuters) – Billionaire investor Carl Icahn is considering launching a proxy fight at Yahoo Inc (YHOO.O: Quote, Profile, Research), CNBC reported on Tuesday.
Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O: Quote, Profile, Research) abandoned its bid to buy Yahoo after balking at the price the company demanded.
