Invest Equity and NORD Holding have sold LMF Leobersdorfer Maschinenfabrik AG (LMF) to Equita KGaA. No financial terms were disclosed. LMF is an Austrian maker of high-pressure reciprocating (piston) compressors for natural gases, process gases and air. The sellers were advised by Baird. www.lmf.at
