Boston and London-based Lumeon, a provider of care pathway orchestration solutions, has raised $30 million in Series D funding. Optum Ventures and Endeavour Vision led the round with participation from current investors LSP, MTIP, IPF Partners, Gilde and Amadeus Capital Partners.
