MaC Venture Capital has set out to raise a $100 million venture-capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
No first close was reported. The Los Angeles early-stage firm is run by Marlon Nichols, co-founder of Cross Culture Ventures and a former investor at Intel Capital, and Adrian Fenty, co-founder of M Ventures and a former mayor of Washington D.C.
