Macquarie Buying Goodrich Division

Goodrich Inc. (NYSE: GR) has agreed to sell its airframe heavy maintenance business, Goodrich Aviation Technical Services, to Macquarie Bank Ltd. No financial terms were disclosed. ATS has over 1,200 employees at its 950,000- facility in Everett, Washington. www.goodrich.com
