Maple has acquired Wello, a Calgary-based virtual healthcare brand managed by Inliv, an affiliate of Coril Holdings. No financial terms were released for the deal, which will see Coril become a Maple shareholder. Maple, a Toronto-based provider of virtual care solutions, in 2020 raised a C$75 million investment from Shoppers Drug Mart. Its other backers include Acton Capital, MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund and SE Health.
