Matrix Partners is seeking to raise $450 million for its fourth India fund, reported TechCrunch, citing a recent SEC filing.

The venture firm’s previous india-focused fund raised $300 million in 2018, according to Pitchbook. That fund targets software and educational and training services sectors.
