Moonrise Capital to raise $200 mln venture-capital fund

Moonrise Capital has set out to raise a $200 million second venture-capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

No first close was reported. The firm was founded by Donald Pascal, formerly CEO of Commonfund Capital.
