Vancouver-based Nexii Building Solutions, a green construction technology company, has raised C$45 million in financing, the Globe and Mail reported. The round, led by Honeywell International, Trane Technologies and other investors, values the business at $1.23 billion (C$1.55 billion). Nexii’s previously identified investors include Beedie Group, Fulmer & Company, Lotus Capital Corp and Omicron Canada.
