PRESS RELEASE

PCG Asset Management (PCG AM), a leading private equity consultant, announced today that Jean-Noël Odier has joined the firm as a Managing Director. He will primarily focus on international business development and will open an office in Singapore in early 2009.

Jean-Noël brings experience at all levels of the private equity value chain: fund investment, direct investment and entrepreneurship – in addition to his most recent role doing business development Asia, said PCG Asset Management President and CEO, David Fann. I have known Jean-Noël for nearly ten years and he has achieved success throughout his career. Not only does he have robust international private equity investment experience, but he also started a venture capital-backed biopharmaceutical company for which he later helped negotiate the merger with a US-based biotechnology firm.

Before joining PCG AM, Mr. Odier worked for BNP Paribas in Hong Kong where he was in charge of developing the wealth management platform for family offices and ultra-high net-worth individuals in Asia-Pacific. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Xytis Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a Switzerland-based venture-backed company that he helped start and successfully merge in 2005. Mr. Odier previously worked as a Vice President in the private equity division of US Trust, where he focused on direct and fund investments, based in New York and Palo Alto. Prior to that, Jean-Noël worked for Lombard Odier in Switzerland where he was involved in reviewing direct and fund investments at the companys private equity division. Earlier in his career, Mr. Odier spent several years in the Middle East, including a one-year mission for the International Red Cross in Iraq, where he took part in the relief activities to aid the victims of the Iraqi civil and international wars. Mr. Odier is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business (Sloan Fellow) and the Graduate Institute for International Studies in Geneva. He is a CFA Charterholder and speaks English, French and Arabic.

PCG AM has an impressive private equity platform, a top-quartile track record over nearly two decades; it enjoys a critical mass in terms of capital deployed and global coverage, as well as a world-class client base, said Mr. Odier. I believe the Company has the right approach with its clients: it provides customized solutions rather than using a buy-list approach, or simply pushing generic investment products. I am honored to have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the firms international growth.
