Panache Ventures buys Commonwealth Ventures, unveils Fund II

Panache Ventures has acquired Commonwealth Ventures, a San Francisco-based investment and mentorship firm. No financial terms were disclosed. Chris Neumann, Commonwealth’s founder and CEO, will join Panache as a partner. Montreal-based Panache, a seed-stage venture capital firm, also announced the launch of Panache Ventures Fund II, targeting 75-plus companies with initial investments of up to $1 million.
