Peter Thiel-backed Miruvor raises $84.3 mln venture-capital fund

Peter Thiel-backed FF Miruvor Management has raised $84.3 million for a venture-capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

The fund, named Miruvor, drew capital from 34 LPs. Thiel, co-founder of the Founders Fund, is joined at the fund by Brian Singerman, a Founders Fund partner.

Miruvor is a beverage from The Lord of the Rings.
