Pinnacle Ventures to raise fifth venture capital fund

Pinnacle Ventures has set out to raise a fifth venture capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

No target size was listed. The firm raised a fourth fund in 2015, according to Thomson Reuters.

Pinnacle was co-founded by Ken Pelowski, formerly of Redpoint Ventures.
