Political risk measurement platform GeoQuant seals $4 mln seed

GeoQuant, a maker of a platform that measures political risk in real time, has raised $4 million in seed funding. The investors were Aleph and XL Innovate. In conjunction with the funding, Michael Eisenberg of Aleph and Martha Notaras of XL Innovate, will join the GeoQuant board.
