Quercus Backs ThermoEnergy

Quercus Trust of Los Angeles has committed to make an equity investment in ThermoEnergy Corp. (Nasdaq: TMEN), a Little Rock, Ark.-based company. Quercus has purchased approximately 6.7 million units for $5 million. Quercus is committed to make an additional investment of between $7 million and $8.5 million. www.thermoenergy.com
